2.  Staying active is one of the most important steps you can take to prevent or control hypertension. It also helps
reduce your risk of heart disease. A simple walking routine for 30 minutes 3 times week can be extremely helpful. It

tips:
  • It maybe necessary to have other people join you. Having more than one person helps motivate you.

Nervous system inhibitors
Nervous system inhibitors (NSI) ease blood vessels by controlling nerve impulses. This causes the blood vessels to
relax and become wider so the blood will flow easier.

Vasodilators
Vasodilators widen blood vessels by relaxing the muscle in the blood vessel walls.
